Conclusions

Topical Team will address novel

scientific questions relating microgravity

basic questions in Physics and Chemistry

Team activities should lead to a

multidisciplinary facility on the ISS

e.g.

• Crystal growth of ices

• Aerosol microphysics

• Light scattering from icy agregates

• Physics of icy aggregates

• Thermal and energetic processing of ices

• Astrobiology

Team structure is pan-European and Interdisciplinary

and will produce new collaborations in

both laboratory and microgravity research
